The real estate market in McCall had a rocky start in 2010 but as the year progressed it definitely picked up, especially in the fourth quarter. This trend seems to be continuing into the first quarter of this year. McCall's housing market... MORE->

The McCall Idaho market this past year has been in a downward trend. This trend started in late 2006 and the free fall was when Tamarack Resort stated to have financial problems in 2008. Tamarack closed in March of 2009 and is now in Foreclosure and... MORE->
