There has been a slight increase in traffic but expectations are weak on the quality of traffic. The buyers are out there but are unable to qualify for the loan or not yet ready to purchase. Since there is a lack of loan options for sub-prime buyers... MORE->

For the last qtr of '07, Derby's median sold price was $148,900, compared to $142,200 for last year's 1st qtr, a rise over the nine month period of 4.7%, and the units sold in the 4th qtr were approximately 25% more than in the 1st qtr of last year.... MORE->
