How do you find out if it is a balanced market in Arlington? Look at the inventory level. The current inventory level is fairly low. There are 48 houses in market. It went up from 1.9 months' supply in December to 2.4 months in January 2010, but... MORE->

As we enter the new year it was comforting to look back and see that Arlington once again out performed many communities with an increase in Median Sale Price of 7.9% (3rd 1/4 08 to 3rd 1/4 09). Proving that on top of being a great place to live it... MORE->
