Hoboken still offers some good investment opportunities. Based on today's interest rates and prices, the Hoboken market favors buyers. As long as you have 20-25% down, you can purchase a condo significantly lower than 2007 prices. Also, rent prices... MORE->

While the summer heats up, so does sales volume. June posted 101 sales. With over 150 condos under contract, we expect the summer to thrive with volume. Prices are still coming down by about 1% a month, however more exclusive condos are holding up... MORE->
