Montclair NJ had hundreds of single-family homes sell in 2011 -- 305 to be exact. Compared to 2010, the numbers look good with the median sales price for 2010 at $582,100 and for 2011 at $580,000. The average sales price for 2010 was $625,957 and... MORE->
