October 2009 proved to be a good month for Santa Fe real estate. Sales in the county and city combined were the same as October 2008, 136 in '09 versus 135 in '08. The average price was pulled way up by the large number of million dollar plus sales... MORE->

Here we are, over half way through 2009. Doesn't seem possible, but the flowers are all blooming, the snow is completely gone from the mountain peaks and bike riders and hikers are everywhere. Real estate is alive and well, but still on the... MORE->
