This is the best time in 13 years for buyers! WIth more homes available and the current interest rates down, a buyer should be running to the loan officer, not walking! FHA is still permitting only 3% down until the end of the year, guide lines are... MORE->

The question that is asked over and over is "have we stopped declining?".......it's anybodys opinion.....but, my opinion is "no". I think we're close but definately not there yet. It's a great time for buyers who can qualify for a... MORE->
