I believe there should be urgency for buyers - interest rates are creeping up and home prices have leveled. Prices spike during the 2006-2007 timeframe, but appreciation over the last 10 years is at 59% - even at current market... MORE->

The Lehigh Valley housing market is still stabilizing, but we have not hit bottom yet. Unemployment and economic uncertainty are still keeping buyers out of the market despite record low interest rates and tax incentives that will end April... MORE->
