Love those Beaches! ! In the last 90 day period, the average sale price of all homes (single residential as well as condo) on the IOP was $1,329,316 with a median of $1,280,000. The High was $4,550,000 and the lowest priced property sold for... MORE->

IOP has homes in the upper price point but we are seeing many price adjustments everyday. They also have condos and some patio type homes. Prices going down but many good "deals" are already gone. Many well priced homes are now Under Contract.... MORE->
