After a harsh winter and really warm spring sales have increased as expected. Prices are rising slightly and sales of more expensive homes (those above $350,000) has increased as well. The oil spill in the Gulf has had an effect here by increasing... MORE->

Due to fewer foreclosures coming on the market prices have slightly increased over the past few months. However, the recent harsh weather in January and February have also made the number of sales decrease. This trend should quickly reverse as... MORE->
