The price range on homes in Allen has remained steady and the inventory continues to decline. The days on market has increased and that causes seller to be more competitive when selling their home. At this point I would call this a neutral market... MORE->

The data of the Third Quarter market shows a decrease trend on price in Allen. The average listing price was $281,180; average on sale price was $269,435 with a 95.82% SP/LP. Allen is still a Buyer's market. Home sales were greatly lower than last... MORE->

With the lowest interest rates in 50 years and several home builders needing to move inventory homes the market has taken a positive turn for buyers. As for the re-sale market, several homes have been recently listed and there is plenty to choose... MORE->
