Even though El Paso is in a buyer's market, we are not seeing a drastic reduction in prices. Some sellers are helping buyers with closing costs but on the most part home prices are not going down they are going up. June was a great month for... MORE->

El Paso is in an unusual market right now. While there are way too many homes on the market the list price to sales price ratio is still around 97-98% and sales prices are up from where they were a year ago. We are starting to see sellers... MORE->
