I do believe there are many positives for the Salt Lake area Real Estate market for 2012 and beyond. Things over the last 4 years have been rough and while I don't see any wild rides like the middle part of the last decade, I do see many positive... MORE->

People are Buying and Selling properties in Salt Lake County. Homes priced correctly are going to sell (and sell fast), especially if the property is remarkable in many ways. Things that qualify a home as remarkable are updated, clean, energy... MORE->

Continued downward pricing in most cities in the salt lake county. Buyers don't wait too long for a good deal. 2011 we'll see prices stabalize and possibly go... MORE->

Numbers usually do not lie. Salt Lake County (all cities) single family residential sales for the past 12 months are up about 8%, however, the median price of SFR sales is down about 6%. Per the local MLS, there are about 7,650 active SFR properties... MORE->
