Our President is likley to sign the extension for a Buyer $8000 tax credit through June '10. ADDITIONALLY- a SELLER tax credit for home owners of 5 years or more will get a $6500 tax credit for moving up. This will certainly keep the market moving... MORE->

It's not exactly a Buyer's Market in Fairfax County. Buyers have more time to browse, choose and bargain, BUT the market is creeping up----Up 9% over last year this time sold price. The average Sold Price is $416K. Homes are staying on the Market an... MORE->
