How's the market? Don't focus as much on the national news since everything is "local" and in our local market area buyers (and renters too) are out there looking and the housing inventory is low along with historically low interest rates.... MORE->

Rates appear to be steady for now .. Of course down payment and credit scores do make a difference in rates. FHA/VA are still under 4% and Conventional rates are 4.375%. Jumbo rates (over $625,500) are around 4.875% Inventory is low and... MORE->
