Within the last month Falls Church has seen 54 single family homes, 13 townhomes, and 39 condos change hands. Closing prices for single family homes ranged from $210,000 for a 4 bedroom, 1 bath cottage in need of repair to $1.335 million for a 4... MORE->

There are so few properties on the market at any one time (currently 47), and the average Sold Price is $615K, down 8% over last year!(but up over last month) YIKES! WARNING---These stats are fairly irrelevant as there are SO FEW properties on the... MORE->
