Great News for Prince William County! December 2011 Market Statistics: Total Volume of Sales are up 12.87% compared to last December 2010! And Closed Sales are up 16.31%! Unfortunately, the average sold price is down almost 3% but that is expected... MORE->

It currently is a buyer's market yet homes that are priced right are moving fast with multiple offers. This shows growth in buyers but will also convince people that it is okay to sell. I think the future is going to be brighter for the DC area home... MORE->
