Real Estate Cyberspace Society announces the release of the 1998 update to its Real Estate BlackBook CyberDisk. According to John M. Peckham III, executive director, the BlackBook CyberDisk gives users control over Internet chaos and time-hogging.
Several new tools for real estate professionals are featured in this year's version, including a real estate Web navigator, "how-to" wizard, FAQ road map to society tools and services, special tips and help, and a copy of the new guide, "Selling Real Estate in Cyberspace," complete with imbedded links.
The disk was delivered to all society members in good standing on Friday, Feb. 6. Member Bob George says using the society's BlackBook "is powerful -- like using the 1997 version on steroids." Other members report that the Real Estate Web Navigator is easy to use and identifies the key real estate resources on the Internet, right on their own desktops, saving them many hours of Web wandering. Member Ray Yung adds, "By midnight, I realized that I could stay up countless more hours exploring your tremendous offering of The Real Estate Web Navigator and the Wizard." Another society member says the Real Estate Web Navigator "put me two years ahead of my competition, from the moment I opened it on my computer and rocketed to invaluable real estate resources, just five minutes after it came in the mail."
Non-members may obtain the 1998 Real Estate BlackBook CyberDisk, Real Estate Web Navigator, and Real Estate "How- To" Wizard free of charge with a trial membership in the society by visiting www.recyber.com. New society applicants may also have the BlackBook and the latest release of the audio/print "Real Estate CyberSpace Alert" shipped immediately by calling Ashley Fordham at (888) 344-0027.
