MRI Introduces Windows-based Version of Industry-Leading Property Management Software
Management Reports International
(MRI), a provider of integrated information solutions to real estate
investors, developers, and property and asset managers, has released MRI
for Windows®, a re-engineered Windows-based version of its
industry-leading, DOS-based product called "The System."
MRI for Windows is an integrated suite of software applications that
enables companies to quickly access and exchange information across their
organizations using familiar Windows-based commands and formats.
"Better decision-making requires better access to information," says Ron
McComas, vice president of marketing for MRI. "With MRI for Windows,
executives get the information they need, in the form they need it, when
they need it most. This gives them better control over day-to-day
operations, as well as a powerful tool for long range planning and
analysis."
MRI for Windows includes simple, non-technical, step-by-step directions on
how to customize every part of the software -- from data entry to data
access to daily reports. A scalable, open-system design enables it to be
configured as a single-site, regional, or international solution.
Using MRI for Windows companies may integrate information about leases,
locations, taxes, tenants, expenses and maintenance; analyze portfolios and
properties from every perspective using drill-down queries and in-depth
analysis and benchmarking tools; track performance by project, portfolio,
property type, or location; ensure that critical data files are always
up-to-date and synchronized across different offices and locations; use a
library of built-in tables, charts, and forms to quickly create accurate
snapshots of a portfolio's current or future financial status, from any
perspective, to support strategic decision-making; and leverage MRI's
central servers, database technology, and telecommunications software to
ensure full integrity and security of all data transmissions.
Cleveland-based MRI, founded in 1971, provides integrated single-site,
regional, and global information solutions to real estate managers,
developers, and investors through a customized combination of software
design, implementation, training, and ongoing IT support. The company has
offices in Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco,
and Washington D.C., as well as in Australia, Singapore, South Africa, and
the UK.
