Henry S. Miller, Realtors, based in Dallas/Fort Worth, Austin and Houston, Texas has broken into the Top 20 largest residential brokerage firms in the nation, announced Virginia Cook, president of the firm.

The mulit-generation, family-owned company was ranked #19 in an annual survey by Real Trends, Inc., based on the number of home sales transactions completed in 1997.

In addition, the Miller Company was honored for its outstanding performance at the 1998 Cendant Mobility Broker Network International Conference held recently in Orlando, Florida.

A preferred broker of Cendant Mobility, Henry S. Miller, Realtors received the Five Star Circle of Excellence Award, which is given to real estate brokers who exceed their closing goal for 1997. The company was also presented with Cendant Mobility's Achievers Club Award, which recognizes brokers meeting or exceeding their individual referral and closing targets.
