Windermere's exclusive Premier Propertiessm listings are located within the site's "Properties For Sale" section and features the following innovative consumer benefits:

• Each property features the listing agent's name, phone number and e-mail link for easy contact, in both the initial search and the property profile.
• A color "thumbnail" photograph of each property is shown during the initial search, for easy reference.
• Many of the properties have an expanded display with up to six photographs featuring various views of the interior and exterior of the home.
• Each property profile features in-depth descriptions of the home's interior, exterior and amenities.
• A property of interest can be printed in a one-page "flyer" format, featuring the property photo and information.
• Each listing has a mortgage calculator, a mapping option and can be added to a "favorites" list.
