The Prudential Real Estate Affliates, Inc. (PREA) have a new automated contact management database and marketing tool designed especially for the system by Top ProducerŽ. This custom version of Top Producer software provides the PREA network with exclusive and customized features not available in other versions of the industry's software. Improved features for desktop and mobile computing includes PREA versions of sales letters, postcards, flyers, and comparative market anaylyses, along with new Internet marketing features. The custom software contains a direct link to PREA CENTER, the company's intranet site. The program also allows for more sophisticated demographic information, including property statistics and financing options.
