RealSelect Inc., operator of Realtor.com, and The Realty Alliance have entered a marketing partnership where Realtor.com becomes the preferred national distributor of Alliance members' listings.
The Realty Alliance is a coalition of more than 50 of the top independent real estate brokers in the country.
The agreement also paves the way for the two parties to work together to market Realtor.com's products and services to Alliance brokers and agents, and generate leads for Alliance brokers' affiliated lending services through Realtor.com's new Mortgage Lead Generation Program. Realtor.com is the nation's premier real estate site on the Internet with more than 1.3 million listings.

Realtor.com already receives the vast majority of its listings through its long-standing relationships with the Multiple Listing Services. The Realty Alliances endorsement serves to reinforce those relationships and support the presence of Alliance members' listings on Realtor.com. RealSelect and the Realty Alliance will join forces to maximize members' presence in connection with those listings.
Realtor.com's Mortgage Lead Generation Program, which launched last week with over 20 Realty Alliance members, is designed to help real estate companies promote and drive leads to their affiliated lending services. A consumer can conveniently make an e-mail based inquiry to a brokers' mortgage affiliate by clicking on a button underneath that broker's property listing. The highly qualified e-mail lead is then sent directly to the mortgage affiliate who manages the process from there.

The Realty Alliance members already participating in the Mortgage Lead Generation Program include: Baird & Warner; Champion; Crye-Leike; The DeWolfe Cos.; Edina; Fonville Morissey; Gundaker BH&G; J.D.Reece; Johnson-Rast & Hays; Keyes, Latter & Blum; Long & Foster; Northside; Northwood BH&G; Patterson-Schwartz; Prudential Florida; Prudential Northwest; Real Estate One; Realty One; Smythe Cramer; William Raevis.
Thirty more Realty Alliance members will be added over the next 30-45 days, according to executives at RealSelect.
