MLBKaye International Realty's commercial services division announced the closed sale of a wterfront property in Brooklyn for $12 million. The property was one of the last remaining waterfront sites available for future development in New York City.
Marilyn H. Kaye, president of Prudential MLBKaye, and Lewis B. Kaye, listed the property and successfully closed the transaction within fewer than 180 days. The property is located on a five-mile site where the East River and the Hudson River meet, facing Governor's Island.
