Fred Sands Realtors has expanded into the Carmel area with former Fred Sands Preferred Properties. Formerly known as Prudential Preferred Properties, the company has a 10-year legacy of serving the Carmel, Monterery, Pebble Beach, Pacific Grove, South Big Sur and Salinas communities.

The office is under the direction of Deen Rowe, president and Jamal Noorzoy, broker/manager, both graduates of UC- Berkeley.
