AllApartments (www.allapartments.com), a rental resource Web site, has appointed J. Mark Hattendorf to the AllApartments' executive team as vice president and chief financial officer.

Hattendorf brings over twenty years of financial and operations experience to AllApartments from companies including Broderbund Software, Acclaim Entertainment and Prodigy Services.

``Mark's extensive experience demonstrates that he has senior management and finance skills acumen with major corporations and public companies,'' said John Helm, AllApartments CEO. ``As the former CFO of a number of public companies, Mark is the ideal choice to help us expand the company's financial relationships and to continue our role as an industry innovator.''

Most recently, Hattendorf served as chief financial officer for Broderbund Software, a software developer and publisher, and was actively involved in the sale and subsequent transition of the Broderbund business to The Learning Company.
