HomeSeekers.com Inc., a leading provider of online residential real estate listing and related information, Tuesday announced that two outside directors have joined the company's board of directors.

With these additions, HomeSeekers' board includes three inside and two outside members.

"We view our two new outside directors as critically important resources for the continued successful implementation of HomeSeekers' growth strategy," Greg Johnson, chief executive officer of HomeSeekers, said. "Their many years of directly relevant experience in managing public companies and in the development of Web-based businesses will benefit HomeSeekers significantly. The addition of these two seasoned executives as outside directors also qualifies HomeSeekers for listing on the Nasdaq system, a distinction we plan to seek immediately."

The two new board members are Thomas R. Gay, former president and chief executive officer of VISTA Information Solutions Inc.; and Bradley N. Rotter, chairman of Point West Capital Corp. (Nasdaq:PWCC), a specialty finance company, and chairman of the Echelon Group, a holding company of money management companies.
