Beverly Donahue has joined HomeShark as the Director of Lending Services. A 20-year real estate veteran, Donahue will be focusing on strengthening HomeSharkıs loan origination, processing and lead conversion. At her most recent position, as vice president and regional sales manager at American Savings Bank, Donahue established two new wholesale and retail branches in Las Vegas and Reno. Donahue has also held top executive positions at Crossland Mortgage Corp. and Sears Mortgage Corp., building retail branches into successful and efficient operations. In her position at HomeShark, she will work out of the new Martinez loan processing facility.
