Approximately 1,500 real estate professionals use PhotoShare
as a quick and easy way to create and distribute multimedia home tours of their
listings. TRF Systems, developers of the PhotoShare
Multimedia Home Tour System is hoping to increase that number substantially with the introduction of the
PhotoShare Agent Bundle and the PhotoShare Broker Bundle.
Using feedback from the agents and brokers who have used PhotoShare, some as
long as from 1996, TRF has developed an easier more user-friendly system.
The new PhotoShare bundles include an updated version of PhotoShare, a copy
of PhotoVista’s panoramic stitching software, a Digital Business Card of the
agent, a starter set of 100 diskettes with a self running multimedia sales presentation
customized with the agent’s photo and self launching website address. Each diskette also includes
the agent’s full color photo on an attached label. The bundle includes the Personal Training
Assistant (PTA) service, up to one hour of one-on-one training between the
agent and one of the PhotoShare expert trainers conducted via telephone.
Along with the new Multimedia Tour Guide tutorial feature and a 60-day free
technical
support period, the new PhotoShare Agent Bundle offers agents the opportunity
to get up and running quickly with multimedia presentations that they can make in person, via email or post
on their websites, as well as use in direct mail diskettes. The PhotoShare Agent Bundle is currently the only
Virtual Tour option on the market that lets buyers and sellers communicate with agents on their
preferred method and time frame - face to face, on line or through the mail.
The PhotoShare Broker Bundle offers similar products and services for use in
the broker’s office on a multiple-user network and includes 1,000 of the multimedia
promotional labeled diskettes.
