IRIS Introduces New CMA/Listings Software
by Blanche Evans
IRIS, LLC has introduced Lightning CMA Plus, a sophisticated, user-friendly software program that enables users to produce Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs), listing presentations and buyer’s tours with data and photos pulled directly from one or more local Multiple Listing Services (MLS). According to Iris, Lightning CMA Plus is compatible with the most popular MLS systems, including Compass, Stellar, Maestro, FBS, and GTE. Users can choose from among eight different design themes, each offering 42 different report pages. This flexibility enables users to create customized reports. Real estate sales professionals who purchase Lightning CMA Plus can upgrade to Iris Suite, a bundled software package that integrates two additional programs, Lightning Maps and Lightning Flyers, with the core CMA program. Lighting Maps incorporates Rand McNally’s Streetfinder which enables personal computer users to create customized maps that can be added to listing presentations, buyer’s tours and Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs). These maps can be used to pinpoint the locations of nearby schools, parks, shopping centers and related amenities. With Lightning Maps, users can produce maps of virtually every neighborhood in the nation. Lightning Flyers enables real estate sales professionals to produce a wide variety of professional-looking flyers and postcards with a few clicks of a computer mouse. Users can download photographs from virtually any MLS. Lightning Flyers also allows users to insert their own digital photographs, personal photos or office logos into flyers or postcards. Iris Suites will be available at a special price for users of previous IRIS programs such as Lightning 97, Sellmore, Showpro and Easy Flyer. Lightning CMA Plus also can be purchased separately. IRIS software can be purchased directly from the IRIS Sales Order Line (800-411-3686), from the company’s website, or from selected retailers.
