that the Staff of NASDAQ has conditionally approved the Company's application
for listing on The Nasdaq SmallCap Market. It is anticipated that the Company'
Common Stock will commence trading on Thursday, September 16, 1999 under the
symbol HMSK. This approval is conditioned upon the Company's continued
compliance with all Nasdaq criteria for initial listing at the time of listing
on The Nasdaq SmallCap Market.
