Realtor.com i-LEAD participants can add two new products to their web pages which are designed to generate more qualified leads. The i-LEAD School Report and i-LEAD MoveTools leverage existing Realtor.com consumer traffic by delivering interested home buyers and sellers directly to Realtors® who participate on Realtor.com.
According to Realtor.com spokespersons, the i-LEAD School Report, Realtors® can offer consumers comprehensive, detailed reports on local schools across the United States through their own, custom i-LEAD websites. The School Report contains more than 100 facts and statistics, such as classroom size, along with contact information for each area.
The i-LEAD MoveTools allows Realtors® to provide consumers with an extensive array of relocation tools. The City Report presents a detailed comparison of such factors as the cost of living, employment, demographics, weather and
sociographics of the consumer's current location and proposed relocation site.
The i-LEADTM MoveTools suite of products includes:
City Report - Side-by-side comparison of two cities' cost of living, climate, demographics, education and health. In addition, it identifies major employers, local colleges, universities and local contact information in each prospective city.
Salary Calculator* - Determines the cost-of-living impact to a salary from one community to the next.
Relocation Wizard® - Offers an important checklist and timeline to plan a move.
Community Close-Up - Provides important neighborhood demographic information anywhere in the United States.
Moving Calculator® - Determines the cost of shipping and moving household goods.
Rent versus Buy Analysis - Calculates recommended strategies for renting versus buying for those who regularly relocate.
An Add Bookmark button, for consumers to tag a Realtor's® website address for repeat access, is positioned at the bottom of the MoveTools Index and School Report modules. Both the City Report and the School Report require consumer registration to acquire the fully detailed information. By requiring registration, a consumer's contact information is captured and sent to the i-LEAD agent.
