The new version of HomeAdvisor.com includes comprehensive information to help consumers with every home-related decision, from the home purchase to maintaining and improving a home, to managing a home sale and move.

The new Homeadvisor is designed to be a one-stop shop for consumers who will be able to find information and tools for eight key areas: renting, buying, financing, moving, maintaining, improving, selling, and shopping for their home.

Among the new features is a comprehensive library of more than 2,500 pages of content and a tool set in each of the eight key areas mentioned above.Consumers can tailor HomeAdvisor.com to their individual tastes and preferences, with various trackers and e-mail notifications, calculators, checklists and guides, to help them make informed home-related decisions based on their personal needs.

Home Valuation - Determines the value of any home in the U.S. through comprehensive coverage, promising accurate results.

Home Improvements/Repair - Learn simple indoor/outdoor repairs with a handy Homeowner's Handbook. A Seasonal Maintenance Planner reminds homeowners to perform regular maintenance each season.

Selling- Decision-making tools help homeowners determine if the time is right to sell, and to compare the costs of moving to the costs of improving a current home. Learn to price property, prepare their home for sale, determine the cost of selling, and close the deal.

The only thing missing is HomeAdvisor Technologies' new loan technology platform, which is scheduled to debut in the next few weeks. The new platform promises to automate the loan transaction and cutting closing time and reducing the costs of the loan to consumers.
