An application for REALTORS®

Onepipeline.com, a leader in automated loan origination compliance technology for real estate sales professionals today announced the appointments of industry veterans Nicolas P. Retsinas and Russell K. Booth to the company’s Board of Directors.

Retsinas, a former Assistant Secretary for Housing/Federal Housing Commissioner at the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), is directly responsible for written interpretations of RESPA, upon which the OnePipeline.com business model was designed. He is currently the Director for the Joint Center of Housing Services at Harvard University in Boston, where he also lectures.

Booth is the former president of the National Association of Realtors® (NAR) and the Utah Association of Realtors® and has more than 25 years of real estate experience. He is currently president of Mansell Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc., a full-service commercial & investment brokerage and property management & development company, and previously was vice president of Mansell & Associates, Inc., a 16-office, 606-agent residential sales and relocation firm, both based in Salt Lake City.

Based in Salt Lake City, Utah, OnePipeline.com is redefining the mortgage industry by providing an automated, Web-based mortgage loan origination system for real estate sales professionals that drives full compliance with state and federal government regulations.
