2. TalkSender.com - Send email messages in your own voice. 5. Property.com - Click on dealmaking news groups and find your area of interest as well as some lively posts in commercial real estate, finance, residential sales, and more. 6. The Brain ® - Download this free software for up to 100 files, and find a fun, new way to share information in a visual style that is perfectly understandable for technophobes. The information all relates to each other through "thoughts" that reach out to each other like a space-aged geneology. It is fun to create "brains" for customers and their children to show them fun links on the Web. See www.thebrain.com.

7. AgentPlus(tm) Web sites - Until June 30, you can get a free Web site at Realestate.com, a big, Realtor-friendly portal for real estate consumers. What's cool about it is that it is the only site that partners with Realtor.com to allow agents to publish Realtor.com listings on their Web sites. Prices will range about $20 a month after July 1, but that will include hosting fees, and other services. See www.realestate.com.

8. Real Estate Update - Realty Times/Agent News' free online newsletter for Realtors lets you stay in email contact your customers monthly with the latest news and tips for buyers and sellers.
