Real estate professionals are taking advantage of the power of CyberSpace. Members of the Real Estate CyberSpace Society, share their tips and tricks for using thesetools to leverage their effectiveness and profitability. I'm a quarterback receiving those tips and it is one of my joys to pass these Cyber tips and tricks along with pointers to special Internet places of special interest to real estate owners, investors and related professionals.

Now you can go to http://www.recyber.com/reintelligence and link directly to any of the Great Places appearing here or in any previous Real Estate CyberTips Columns.

TRICK #1: NO BRAINER INTERNET DEVICE--REALLY!

No need to pull out your Palm Pilot! Scrap the 'ol Web Pad--- here's an "Internet Device" that even Aunt Minnie can use right out of the box! All you do is call the 800 number these clever folks give you and say simple keywords to find and connect with a great restaurant, get the latest sports scores, figure out what the traffic's like, check your stocks, and more. You can even use this unique service to make a quick free call to anyone in the U.S.!

There's nothing to buy and no monthly fees. And, there's nothing to download or set up. If you have a phone, you can use this new service, anytime, anywhere, absolutely free! How about that for a neat device --your phone-- connected directly to the vast resources of the Internet!

TRICK #2: GATHER ROUND THE CRACKER BARREL!

Years ago folks would "gather round the cracker barrel" --- often at the local general store. They'd bring pictures of the kids and grandkids and share them --along with tons of stories. They'd figure out the best time to schedule the town picnic. They'd exchange addresses and phone numbers.

Nowadays the Internet has provided us with a modern day "cracker barrel" and this site ran off with PC Magazines Editors Choice award for the best cracker barrel in town!

Hook up and get productivity tools, including a self-populating on-line address book, shared or group Internet calendaring, universal file sharing, a web-based email address, and a personal web conference room. This gathering spot is totally secure and accessible from anywhere in the world!

Let your friends know and voila-- your own cracker barrel--- and it's free!

GREAT PLACE #2: BIG TIME SAVER ON THE WEB!

Here's another one of those "One Trick Pony's" that only do one thing-- but do it very well!

Did you ever get coo coo having to click on "Next 10" when using search engines like Yahoo and Altavista to find something you need in a hurry? This is one of those frustrating exercises that keeps you off the beach in summer and slopes in winter. Here's a neat little pony that can put lightning into using search engines!

Instead of having to click on those irritating "Next 10" links constantly this pony does it for you - up to 200 times in advance. It takes all the output and presents it inside a single page.
