Two former Fred Sands' affiliates join NRT's Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage of Southern California. The companies are County Center Realty of Ventura and First Class Realty of Burbank. They will join NRT-owned Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage of Southern California. This marks the fourth and fifth acquisitions of 2001 for both NRT and Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage of Southern California.
