The Prudential
Real Estate Affiliates Inc. announced the January addition of two new
quality and service driven affiliates into the Prudential Real Estate
Network:
- Kafcos Realty Inc., Bronx, NY, will now operate as Prudential
Kafcos Realty.
- Prudential Premier Properties, East Falmouth, Mass., has
acquired Kenyon's Real Estate Market Inc. and will now operate
as Prudential Premier Properties.
In addition, the company also renewed eight affiliates with an
estimated combined sales volume of $489 million in January 2001.
Together, these eight companies comprise over 265 real estate
professionals who will continue to support the brand across North
America.
