Expeditrix(tm) Corporation, provider of SmartClose(sm), a Web-based transaction management software has announced the appointment of former Motorola executive Steve Pittman to the position of CEO, and Stephen Bedikian to the position of vice president of marketing.

Tim Ford, co-founder and former CEO of Expeditrix, will now focus on accelerating the adoption of SmartClose through strategic alliances and partnerships as the company's executive vice president of business development.
