Canada's Homeshop.ca Signs Exclusive Deal With Homeseekers.com

Homeshop.ca, Canada's National Residential Listing Service, announced today that it has signed a multi-million dollar, multi-year partnership and licensing agreement with HomeSeekers.com (NASDAQ: HMSK). The agreement provides Homeshop.ca with exclusive rights within Canada to use HomeSeeker.com's technology and specialized residential real estate software platform. Homeshop.ca will provide real estate boards, brokers, and agents across Canada with a cost effective and superior database/advertising medium for their property listings.  

   Homeshop.ca's residential listing service will include current and historic property listing information, as well as property images, integrated e-mail, virtual property tours and will be accessible in both official languages, French and English. The wireless PDA enabled features of HomeSeekers.com technology will allow real estate professionals to access information and services at any time while on location with their customers. When fully implemented, Homeshop.ca anticipates that a majority of the real estate boards and the estimated 65,000 Canadian real estate professionals across Canada will take full advantage of its listing service and the superior features incorporated within the HomeSeekers.com 's technology.
