Prudential Real Estate Affiliates Inc. Renews 14 Affiliates

The Prudential
Real Estate Affiliates Inc. announced the renewal of 14 affiliates
with a combined sales volume of $911 million.
Together, these 14 companies comprise over 753 real estate
professionals who will continue to support the brand across North
America.

In addition, The Prudential Real Estate Affiliates Inc. added two
new high-quality, service-driven affiliates into The Prudential Real
Estate Network:
-- Fox Properties, LLC, Oneonta, NY, will now operate as
Prudential Fox Properties.
-- Glacier Real Estate, Kalispell, MT, will now operate as
Prudential Glacier Real Estate.
Prudential Real Estate and Relocation Services is the first fully
integrated real estate and relocation business and consists of two
entities: The Prudential Real Estate Affiliates Inc. and Prudential
Relocation.
The real estate group markets franchises primarily to existing
real estate companies. As of Dec. 31, 1999, there were approximately
1,500 offices and 42,000 sales professionals in the franchise network.
Prudential Real Estate's franchise agreements grant the franchisee the
right to use the Prudential name and real estate service marks in
return for royalty payments on gross commissions generated by the
franchisees. The franchisees generally are independently owned and
operated. The franchise group network has grown significantly since it
began offering franchises in 1988 and is now one of the largest real
estate brokerage franchise networks in North America.
Prudential Relocation is the second largest provider of
comprehensive global relocation services according to Relocation
Information Service Inc. In 1999 Prudential Relocation completed over
168,000 service transactions to more than 49,000 transferees of its
corporate clients. The relocation group has an established client base
ranging from Fortune 500 companies and U.S. government agencies.
