Prudential's West Michigan and Fase Realty Merge
An application for REALTORS®

The Prudential Real Estate Affiliates Inc. today announced that Prudential West Michigan REALTORS(R) of Kalamazoo and Prudential Fase Realty of Grand Rapids have merged.

The new entity will conduct business as Prudential West Michigan REALTORS(R). The combined company creates one of the largest residential real estate companies in Western Michigan.

James O. Berghorst and Judy Vanderveen, owners of Prudential West Michigan, REALTORS and prominent real estate entrepreneurs in the Kalamazoo-Portage area and Steve Fase, the owner of Grand Rapids based Prudential Fase Realty, have merged to grow their regional presence throughout Western Michigan. The similarities in culture, commitment to quality, the equity of the Prudential Real Estate brand and shared business vision culminated in the decision to merge.
