Aram Minnetian, president of Weichert Relocation Company, and Kraig
Rodenbeck, vice president of Runzheimer International, announce the formation
of a strategic alliance. Weichert Relocation Company will be using Runzheimer
International’s eLSA product to provide lump-sum allowance services to its
corporate relocation clients.
Lump-sum payments typically include relocation benefits that can be projected
with reasonable accuracy before the start of the relocation process.
Runzheimer International’s Lump-Sum Allowance program provides a single,
up-front payment to the transferee for expenses related to house hunting,
temporary living, the final move, and the miscellaneous allowance. Each report
is calculated to reflect the employee’s family size and the policy-specific
benefits and parameters governing these expenses. The reports include detail
on costs such as airfare, short- and long-term lodging, meals and car rental.
Through eLSA, lump-sum reports are available over the Internet on a 24/7
basis.
As a strategic partner, Weichert Relocation Company is considered a
client of Runzheimer, thereby leveraging Weichert’s aggregate volume. Weichert
Relocation’s clients will benefit from a lower fee, more accurate lump-sum
information and faster service. Weichert Relocation’s relocation counselors
and their clients will have access to the expertise of Runzheimer for purposes
of policy consulting and policy design.
Runzheimer International and Runzheimer Canada serve more than 3,000
businesses and government agencies worldwide, including over 60% of the Fortune
500 companies.
