The Prudential Real Estate Affiliates Inc. is proud to announce that Peter Helie of Prudential Connecticut Realty was honored with the Broker of the Year Award during the company's Annual Sales Convention held in Las Vegas from March 11-14, 2001.

The honor is awarded to the top broker who is a role model for "best practices" within The Prudential Real Estate Network by participating in networking events, demonstrating company profitability and providing community involvement. The award was presented during special ceremonies at the Annual Sales Convention, which was attended by close to 5,000 real estate professionals from the United States and Canada.

Helie entered the real estate field more than 30 years ago and joined the Prudential Real Estate Network with Prudential Connecticut Realty in 1998. In addition to winning the Broker of the Year Award, he has led his company to be a Gibraltar Circle award winner, the top 50 companies in the Prudential Real Estate Network, since 1992.
