Realty Executives International today announced that it has become the first national real estate company to initiate a company wide program that embraces the cutting edge concept of compensating real estate agents for mortgage services.

Realty Executives International, the Phoenix-based franchise company, already has an exclusive partnership with RealMart, an online mortgage company that offers home loans and other pertinent real estate services through on-location computer terminals in Realty Executives International offices throughout the country. Now, the alliance between Realty Executives International, RealMart and OnePipeline empowers real estate professionals to be a single lending source for the consumer by offering the best possible products and prices at no additional cost to the homebuyer. OnePipeline is the only national company that allows third parties ? such as real estate brokers, agents and builders ? to directly initiate the mortgage loan process for their clients and be legally compensated.

Under the new partnership, participating Realty Executives International agents will be able to process mortgages through the RealMart on-location terminals in their offices, and utilizing OnePipeline technology, agents will now be compensated for the work they perform for their clients.
