HomeSeekers.com (NASDAQ: HMSK) has entered into a strategic relationship with Builder Homesite, Inc. Builder Homesite (BHI) represents over 30 of the Nation’s largest homebuilders, including over 60 local and national builder brands responsible for building nearly 200,000 new homes annually.

HomeSeekers will provide key technology services for BHI with respect to their online listing site that launches in July. The widely used HomeSeekers CityNet Product will be enhanced to provide BHI NewHome properties. HomeSeekers will also display BHI new home properties on its HomeSeekers.com national real estate portal. The expanded CityNet will allow all real estate agents and other resale real estate web sites to access the CityNet—BHI NewHome database.

As a key element of the strategic relationship, HomeSeekers.com will also develop a listing advertising and builder advertising strategy, including rates and services to be offered to BHI members, for the inclusion of new home listings under the Real Estate Category at eBay.com, as part of HomeSeekers’ marketing alliance with eBay.
