Interealty Corp., a leading
provider of real estate technology and services to the North American real
estate industry, today announced that two more MLSs have chosen Interealty as
their MLS technology provider.
West Penn Multi-List Inc. entered into a four-year agreement with
Interealty,
giving its more than 5,000 agents throughout the greater Pittsburgh
metropolitan area access to Interealty's Web-based technology and multiple
listing services. In addition, the Billings Association of Realtors in
Montana also has chosen Interealty as its MLS technology provider.
Meanwhile, Interealty announced the 19,000-member Southeast Florida Regional
MLS renewed its service contract with the company. The Southeast Florida
Regional MLS consists of five separate associations: the Realtor Association
of Greater Fort Lauderdale, the Realtor Association of Greater Miami and the
Beaches, the Realtor Association of Miami Dade County, the South Broward
Board of Realtors and the Northwestern Dade Association of Realtors, all of
which have been Interealty customers for more than 25 years.
As part of its renewed contract with the Southeast Florida Regional MLS,
Interealty will be providing a comprehensive Internet Data Exchange (IDX)
solution, enabling participating brokers to quickly and easily share their
listing data.
In 2000 the company entered into a strategic alliance with Microsoft. In May
of this year, Interealty and Microsoft were recognized with a prestigious
international business award from the Canadian-American Business Council for
their collaboration and creation of the industry's next-generation MLS
system, MLXchange.
Interealty is a Geac company, with a client base of more than
290,000 real estate agents, 58,000 real estate offices and more than 80 of
