Working with a coach can bring out the best in you. That coach will see your true potential and ask for nothing less. Are you ready for that to happen? Anyone can call themselves a coach these days. Take some time to discover if the coach you are interested in working with is trained in the areas you are most interested in being coached in. The International Coaches Federation is the largest and most esteemed organization of coaches. Coaches that earn the PCC(Professional Certified Coach) or MCC (Master Certified Coach) designations have had coach training and documented experience with clients and are pledged to high ethical standards. Try before you buy Most coaches offer a free coaching session or an opportunity to sample their way of doing things.
