recipients of the 2000 Best Managers of the Year, in four size categories, based on the number of sales associates in that office:

440, Perkasie, PA, Large Office Firms (40 - 59 sales associates)
- June Stokes, Manager, Prudential Rand Realty, New City, NY, Very Large
Office Firms (over 60 sales associates)
Created to identify and recognize the best managers of real estate
offices across the country, the honor is awarded based on the combination of
factors including profitability, sales associate management, and other
innovative practices in real estate brokerage management. Nominees submitted
financial information from 2000, recruiting and retention statistics from 1999
through 2000, as well as other information about their management
approaches in achieving a successful operation. In addition, the judging panel
conducted interviews to finalize the recipients.
To qualify, applicants must have been a broker/owner and/or manager of
the same residential real estate single or branch office from January 1,
2000 continuously through December 31, 2000.
The Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers (CRB) is a not-for-profit
affiliate of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® with 7,000 members in
