Using Homestore.com, Inc.’s i-LEAD™ XL product, Cendant affiliated brokerages and agents have created custom Web pages that include property listings uploaded from compatible Multiple Listing Services, photographs, and, in many cases, online virtual tours along with other detailed property information. Launched in March, the initiative to provide i-LEAD™ products is funded by the Real Estate Technology Trust, established by Cendant to take advantage of the latest technology for the benefit of its affiliated brokerages and agents.
