Century 21 Real Estate Corporation, franchisor of one of the world’s largest
residential real estate sales organizations, announced today that franchise
sales in the second quarter of 2001 (ended June 30, 2001) totaled more than
$64.6 million in Gross Closed Commissions (GCC), compared to $34.7 million in
the same period of 2000.
Significant franchise sales deals involving additions to and expansions
within the CENTURY 21 System in the second quarter of 2001 are CENTURY 21
Advantage Gold of Las Vegas, NV ($10 million in GCC); CENTURY 21 Atwood of
Mankato, MN ($4.7 million in GCC) and CENTURY 21 Curran & Johnson of Dearborn,
MI ($3.0 million in GCC).

and operated franchised brokerage offices in more than 28 countries and
